Where are you from? Spokane, born and raised
When did you start coming to CoreFit? March 2016
Why did you start coming to CoreFit? I wanted a challenge; wanted to try something different
Who is your greatest fitspiration and why? Jillian Michaels- she inspires me to just keep going
What is your next fitness goal? 50 pull-ups and push-ups
Favorite workout song? Eminem- ‘Til I Collapse
When you are in the heat of the workout and feel like quitting, you think… Damn it I started it, I’m going to finish it. 
What has been your biggest accomplishment at CoreFit so far? Climbing the rope/ 100 burpees in 6 minutes
 What is your biggest dietary weakness? rockstars, red bulls, gummy candy! 
Favorite part about CoreFitEveryone there has a purpose and helps each other out; so family-oriented; they keep me going
If you could sit down to lunch with anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would you choose to have lunch with and why? Jillian Michaels. To see what her struggles are, and where and how she got to where she is today. 
How has coming to CoreFit influenced the rest of your life? I always want more. I’ve accomplished more than I ever thought I could do there, and I want more. 
What is a motto or saying that you live your life by? Be scared. Do it anyway. Success starts with discipline. 
What are your main hobbies outside of CoreFitKrav Maga, kick-boxing,  running, enjoying my kids
Favorite workout/exercise? Least favorite? Favorite: 100 of a exercise then 10 burpees then you go down by 10 with 10 burpees in between, until you get down to 10; Least favorite: gator drag
If you could have all the money in the world, how would you spend your days? give it to those in need or at least give them things they need; also, go to Hawaii and swim with the dolphins
Favorite Restaurant? Casa de Oro- shrimp corn quesadillas
What has been your top memory at CoreFit to date? I have several. When I started, I couldn’t do bear crawls, rope climbs, run a mile, or do true toes to bars. It took a long time but I can now do these things and then some. Oh, lets not forget the burpees. I couldn’t even do 10 when I first started.
