When did you start coming to CoreFit? March of 2016
Why did you start coming to CoreFit? Corefit was offering a free Saturday Spartan workout. I just did one Spartan race by then and realized I needed more training if I wanted to complete my Trifecta. I knew from the moment I walked in that Corefit was the gym for me to meet my fitness goals.

Favorite workout song? I don’t have a specific song, depends on my mood. A Boxing workout to the Rocky soundtrack is always entertaining
When you are in the heat of the workout and feel like quitting, you think… – Just one more and then one more from there, and so on…
What has been your biggest accomplishment at CoreFit so far? PR Week, I have never lifted that just weight in one week and am impressed on the improvements I have made in less than a year.

If you could sit down to lunch with anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would you choose to have lunch with and why? Robert Oppenheimer, He was part of an amazing team of scientists that invented the most destructive device in the world (A-Bomb), after witnessing the destructive nature of his invention he stated his regrets and since then took mission to decommission the use of this invention. Needless to say he was unsuccessful. I would like to hear more of his thoughts on what happened that day in Trinity, New Mexico and the following years as lead of Department of Energy
How has coming to CoreFit influenced the rest of your life? Prior to coming to Corefit, I felt my gym workout was routine and uneventful. Coming to Corefit I feel healthier, stronger and motivated to continue pushing myself harder.
What is a motto or saying that you live your life by?
“A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking,
Because their trust is not on the branch but on it’s own wings.
Always believe in yourself”
