CoreFit offers one-on-one personalized training programs unique to each individual. Whether you want to work on general fitness, specific skills, increase lean body tissue, develop better mobility, or rehab an injury, our coaches can design the program that best suits your needs. We offer 1x/week, 2x/week, or 3x/week and an assortment of other packages.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Our small group training is an excellent alternative to the one-on-ones if you still want personal attention and a unique program design but do not mind training with one or two other people with similar goals.Our trainers take each individual’s needs into consideration when designing the group training so that the program is applicable for everyone. This is an excellent choice of program if you have a friend or two with whom you’d like to train because of the great additional company and the extra accountability you can provide for one another.

BOOT CAMPS

BOOT CAMPS

Our boot camps are one of the biggest appeals our gym has to offer. We offer a huge variety in training with a focus on a few main lifts and high intensity interval exercises. The movements can be scaled to suit all abilities. We incorporate a variety of functional lifts, assistance exercises, mobility exercises, and workouts that challenge everyone’s heart rate.There is boxing mixed in to the workouts and even some Spartan race training such as rope climbs, tire flips, bucket carries, and jumping over walls. People continue to overcome feats that were initially deemed impossible for them in our classes with the support and encouragement of the class and community here at CoreFit. Everyone is rooting for you, no matter your level.

SPARTAN RACE AND OCR TRAINING

SPARTAN RACE AND OCR TRAINING

Our unique offer at CoreFit is the Spartan training. Spartan races are 3-15 mile obstacle course races that include 40-70lb bucket carries, sandbag carries, rope climbs, wall climbs, crawling under barbed wire, spear throwing, Hercules hoists, and much more. We design classes here to help our clients train for such races with similar obstacles incorporated into the workouts. We also have a Spartan-specific running class that is designed to help people train on trails and in conditions they may see at the Spartan races. They do destination runs at various locations in Spokane that range from 3-15 miles.

At CoreFit we believe in a full 360 degree approach to health and wellness. This means building a solid nutritional foundation in addition to habitual exercise, and stress and sleep management. Our Registered Dietitian on staff offers a wide range of educational sessions, programs and meal plans that help kick start and develop that foundation for each client. Understanding appropriate nutrition for your lifestyle is imperative to truly achieving that vitality and peak wellness.

BOXING CONDITIONING CLASS

BOXING CONDITIONING CLASS

Boxing is an incredible workout that works your heart, core, shoulders, arms, and legs. This class conditions your body through boxing technique work on the heavy bags and one on one work with the coaches using mitts. Clients leave this class dripping with sweat and feeling empowered after getting out stress by throwing hard punches for an hour.

RUNNING CLUB

RUNNING CLUB

Our running club meets weekly to work on endurance, form, and running style. With a purchase of a club running shirt, you can join in on this class and improve your mile pace and running stride.

ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS

ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS

If making it to the gym on a regular basis is hard to fit into your schedule, if you travel regularly, or if you are looking for a more inexpensive alternative to our bootcamp classes, we also offer online training programs. These programs are designed unique for each individual to cater to equipment, time, and space availability. The programs can range from 2x/week to 5x/week and can get even more individualized from there.

COREFIT ADVENTURE

At CoreFit we utilize our gym so that we can live better the other 23 hours of the day. This is why we started CoreFit adventure, a way for our members to both socialize and put their training to use. Whether the team is meeting up at the park for a fun game, CD&A to paddle board the shoreline, or anywhere that can take us on a new experience it’s always a good time.
