When did you start coming to CoreFit? February 2017
Why did you start coming to CoreFit? To train for the Montana Spartan Sprint
Who is your greatest fitspiration and why? right now it’s Alyssa Hawley, she’s amazing. From her values and her work ethic on the job and on the course, even just her work outs, it’s inspirational. longer term it’s been Rhonda Rousey. I’ve always found her to be motivational, inspirational, and watching her just makes me want to get out there and dominate my fitness goals.
What is your next fitness goal? To perform better next month at the Portland Spartan Sprint than I did in May’s sprint. After that I’m training for a Spartan Ultra. also, I want my arms to look like Diane Eve’s! She’s a BEAST! 🙂
Favorite workout song? Oh geeze, it changes all the time. Right now I’m really liking Slide by Calvin Harris. It’s slower but I usually always follow it up with some EDM song by Galantis.
When you are in the heat of the workout and feel like quitting, you think…OF CoreFIT!! Not joking. The workouts we accomplish at this gym are nothing short of amazing. Every time I finish one, I can’t believe what we all just did! I think of Kurt and Skylar and that they wouldn’t let me quit, so I don’t.
What has been your biggest accomplishment at CoreFit so far? THE ROPE CLIMB!! And the 8′ wall. Knowing I can get over those any time, any place gives me confidence.
 What is your biggest dietary weakness? Oooooh, probably wine and or a cocktail. I can give up sugar and dairy, but a cocktail??? Yikes, lol
Favorite part about CoreFit? Where do I start? Each and every one of the trainers and coaches are inspirational in their own way. I feel a connection to all of them. And that’s by design, they want us to have that because they genuinely care about the members. The community of members are amazing. Many of them have given me advice, help, kudos, and are always willing to spot another member in any way. So over all, I’d say the community of like minded people is extremely rewarding.
If you could sit down to lunch with anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would you choose to have lunch with and why? My grandpa. He died on my birthday about 12 years ago and I miss him a lot. I want him to see that I grew up to be ok.
How has coming to CoreFit influenced the rest of your life? Mind set. Health. Goals. I look forward to working out and it will be in my life forever. I’ve never been able to say or think that until I became a member at corefit.
What is a motto or saying that you live your life by? Out of chaos comes clarity. It’s tattood on my arm.
 What are your main hobbies outside of CoreFit? Work. Lol. Meal prep and my dogs. Anything outside and being a good daughter to my mom and grandma. 
Favorite workout/exercise? Least favorite? Fave: Turkish get up. Least: airdyne bike or bear crawls. Any of the animal based movements are hard for me.
 If you could have all the money in the world, how would you spend your days? Training for a competitive event like spartan or American Ninja. It would be awesome to see what I could accomplish if that’s all I had to focus on and could train multiple times a day. Have a chef make all my meal Preps so I don’t have to lol, that’d be great!!
 Favorite Restaurant? boiler room.
 What has been your top memory at CoreFit to date? The rope climb. I’ve never done that before, and when I did it, i probably could have cried. I don’t know why but that was something that I was hyper focused on when I started, so to have conquered it was a pretty great feeling.
