When did you start coming to CoreFit? July 2015
Why did you start coming to CoreFit? My good friend Alicia told me about it. I had been experiencing bone density changes which were concerning and one of the recommendations by my doctor was to do more weight bearing exercises. Corefit seemed to provide that.
Who is your greatest fitspiration and why? Thats hard to answer. So many people inspire me everyday for different reasons.
What is your next fitness goal? Mastering all the obstacles on the Spartan, benching 100lbs. For me this a dream, . Possibly doing a half ironman.
Favorite workout song? I have a lot but I love “Let’s Go” by Calvin Harris.
When you are in the heat of the workout and feel like quitting, you think…“If I quit I will regret it so I can do this”
What has been your biggest accomplishment at CoreFit so far? I am still working on it but kipping pullups is the first thing that comes to mind.
What is your biggest dietary weakness? Icecream
Favorite part about CoreFit? The people and the support.
If you could sit down to lunch with anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would you choose to have lunch with and why? Jesus
How has coming to CoreFit influenced the rest of your life? I am more motivated to push myself beyond my perceived limits. I am more conscientious about what I eat.
What is a motto or saying that you live your life by? “Anything is possible”
What are your main hobbies outside of CoreFit? Reading, cooking and eating (ha ha), binge watching netflix, teaching jazzercise, gardening.
Favorite workout/exercise? Least favorite? Favorite– I like the chipper workouts. Least favorite–airdyne.
If you could have all the money in the world, how would you spend your days? I would donate and travel and maybe open my own Jazzercise studio
Favorite Restaurant? I don’t have one. But I love Thai food.
What has been your top memory at CoreFit to date? The Seattle Spartan Sprint I just completed. I had lots of new accomplishments but also see the areas that I need to improve on.
