    By far the best gym in the area. Trainers are knowledgeable, motivating and always on point. Be ready for a crazy workout that will leave you sore in the best way and craving more.     I have been to many good gyms over the years but Corefit is by far the best. The trainers all know what they are doing. Kurt programs great workouts that keep challenging you. The location, being close to downtown / Southhill is convenient and easy to get to.
