    Corefit brings all the great things people like about a HIT / xFit gym...and they bring a sense of community and empowerment and helping each other improve on ourselves both physically and emotionally. They do activities outside of the building (runs in nature and around Spokane) and team building events to take your training and show yourself what you can and take your personal challenge to the next level (Big Spartan participants). The coaches challenge, inspire and expand the culture of building you up from where you are and help you achieve your goals. I love coming to CoreFit when I am visiting in town and more gyms could learn from the culture they have built!
