CoreFit is changing my life one day at a time. I never worked out or cared about my health! Yeah I tried other gyms I ended up gasing myself out or hurting from lifting wrong or just not fitting in. The first day I started Everyone introduced themselves the trainers Darren - Kurt -Betsy and Ellis are too notch they helped me learn about what my body needs teached me how to lift properly and get the most out of it. I've never felt better in my life and I'm not getting any younger. Ive become another leaf of the family tree here at CoreFit.
